Best laundry in austin good family vibes of people that care. Owner is very friendly and there to help you. Water is clean and the machines are good and there are great vending machines for soap and drinks and snacks.

Not sure what's going on, but this Laundromat have not been clean in days. Homeless are walking around, Trash is everywhere.The machines are dirty.. There's Fur everywhere. I am very disappointed. I would post pictures, but I'm having issues posting them.. I've been coming here for 3 years now I think I'm going to look for a new laundromat.

4.75 for the smallest washing machine.15.00 for the biggest machine.Quarters and Tokens only.NO 24 HOUR RESTROOM !

Place is a straight rip off, shop around. Find you a better deal. I feel sorry for anyone on a budget washing clothes here tbh 🤡🤡

Place is clean and staff are helpful. Everything works. The problem is the young black man that sits outside bumming for money every time I come to do my laundry.

This use to be a clean laundry area but the machines are dirty. The floors had lint and dryer sheets strewn on the floor. Homeless people people begging for money and getting high outside the front door. Homeless people trying to use the bathroom but can't so they are changing their clothes right there by the machines. My clothes were drying so I couldnt leave in that instant. But I sure as hell won't be going back. Your lame response is just that LAME! I read the other reviews and they seem to be all legit, your "STRIVING" IS WEAK. You don't deserve my business or any else's until you have more than 1 employee who actually cares about your business.

This is a very clean and beautiful laundry Mat!!!! kept up very well!!!! floors and everything even the bathrooms. I would recommend this place to anyone. And it's right next to a super. Walmart as well as a little Caesar's pizza and a Subway. In case you wanted it eat while you're waiting for your clothes to wash!!!! Whoever keeps this place spic-n-span!!! I give y'all a 100 plus!!!! it's very awesome and thank you for keeping everything clean. I've been to so many other laundry mats and it's filthy!!! Yall are giving mile high club vibes!!!!!

I been coming to Clean Laundry for a little over a year now and this place is great! Most of the time Mr Mark is in this location (Norwood) and always greets you with a smile.However… His staff is the opposite from friendly. Machine #12 was having a door issue and could not function properly. Called over an employee to help and everything went downhill. The lady, which I didn’t get her name but is always with a dog, was very rude and blamed me for not putting coins in the machine to start. She had asked me to switch my clothes to another machine while I was putting coins into the rest of the machines I was going to use. I guess my mistake was not reacting fast enough to her command and instead decided to get an attitude with me as I was telling her to not touch my clothes. Made a mess all over the floor with the soap that I had already put in and switched it to the machine of her choice. I told her to not touch my stuff and I will transfer my clothes as she asked. Mocked me for telling her that I did not like the machine she chose and got on my face because apparently there is no issues with touching other peoples stuff without their consent.Little lady got on my face, yelled at me and I ended up paying twice to wash my clothes.Money is not the issue, she shouldn’t be coming to work with that attitude, there is no need to be disrespectful to others. What happened to going above and beyond for their guests?Definitely lost a loyal customer.

Nobody's here at 5am. It's clean and easy to use. I like the appUPDATE: Since it's 24hours now, there's homeless people inside, sometimes it's not a bother but other times they are on edge. It's a little scary especially at 5am and when you're alone.

my favorite laundry room, very clean and everything, only the dog lady who works there is always angry and doesn't even like to lend the key to the resthroom and gets angry about everything

I love it there. Place is always clean. Washers and dryers are exceptionally easy on your wallet/ purse. People are friendly. It's a nice place to go do your laundry. Without the homeless bothering you. Or a washer or dryer taking your money. And then some laundromat assistant all rudely says, "No refunds." Please try it for yourself. The experience is just relaxing.

I have had two experiences here. The man who runs this place is amazing, kind and hardworking. My first experience was with him there and it was great.The second time I came, there was this short woman with long black hair in a ponytail. She was so rude. I had a question when I first got there and it seemed as if she worked there, but she refused to look at me. So, I asked her if she worked there so I could ask my question. She looks aggressively at me and snidely says, "I have this broom don't I? What do you think?" I couldn't even respond because she was so rude, I was completely speechless and just walked away after she said that to me.She then proceeded to go into the bathroom multiple times with two homeless men and ignore the customers. One of the homeless men was abu@ing his dog which was off leash and watching people's things like a hawk. Not doing any laundry. I also saw a dr#g deal right out in the open.A mother pulled in when I got there with a young child and was chain smoking Mary Jane with him in the car next to me while waiting for her laundry. She was irate with me and trying to fight me after pulling in because I was upset that she almost hit me in a head on collision as she barreled into the parking lot. She started cussing me out and also screaming and threatening her child.Some clunker car pulled behind me and blocked me in and I could barely get out with my laundry. I was too intimidated to ask the driver to let me out. The whole environment was so unsettling. I just cannot return at any point. I felt totally unsafe. The people the woman employee was hanging out with were super sketchy and dangerous and she seemed to be as well.I also spent 40 dollars and none of my laundry dried. It was a really unfortunate experience all the way around.

The man running the place is kind and accommodating you can tell he cares and does well; the machines take a card to turn into tokens or you can use the app to pay for machines. Sometimes the app goes down but it's not usually a problem because there's so many ways to pay. 24 hours and everything you need is on site. What more do you want out of a laundromat?

Best place to wash your clothes

If I could give zero I would. They wouldn't allow my 3yr old to use the bathroom and the cleaning lady then proceeded to tell my daughter's father that he "shouldn't be in there with her anyways". Disrespectful and rude.

Very clean and well taken care of. A few of my coins got stuck in one of the machines, and the employee on duty was able to fix it promptly. Good service.
